BuenaFruta's software solution digitizes the QC process for Cherry Packing facilities.  Our platform provides customers with real-time sizing & grading information to support packout consistency, maximize grower returns & optimize production efforts.

Digital Inputs

Digital inputs enable QC staff to record sample results directly on a handheld tablet, giving them the flexibility to sample from any location within the facility rather than being tied to a fixed workstation. This eliminates the need for handwritten records, reducing overall sampling time while improving accuracy and efficiency. Sample data is securely stored locally on the device in the event of connectivity issues, ensuring that no information is ever lost and that results are automatically synchronized once the connection is restored. In addition, digital data collection provides valuable insight into user activity and QC staff productivity, supporting better operational oversight and continuous improvement.

Facility Dashboard

The facility dashboard provides immediate visibility into QC findings through a centralized analytics platform that displays current lot and variety information, estimated packout per lot, and detailed sizing and quality data. This real-time insight enables quick and efficient adjustments to grading software, helping optimize operational performance. Designed to be mobile-friendly, the dashboard allows owners and facility managers to monitor operations in real time, even while off-site. Additionally, the professional presentation of live operational data enhances the overall impression of the facility for prospective buyers and growers.

Reporting Tools 

​The reporting tools provide a quick and intuitive understanding of incoming lots and are used to create order and run lists that streamline daily operations. With both standard and customizable reports, owners and managers gain deep insight into key aspects of the facility, including QC personnel productivity, machine performance, fruit quality, and the overall quality of packed product.
